About Podcast Inc
What does Podcast Inc do?
Podcast Inc is a done-for-you podcast growth agency for creators and B2B companies. Our software, PodcastInc.ai, handles production work such as editing, transcripts, captions and clips. Our team handles strategy, packaging, guests, growth, sponsorships and reporting.
How much does Podcast Inc cost?
Show Manager is $850 a month. Creator Growth plans are $2,000, $3,500 and $6,500+ a month. Podcast-to-Pipeline plans for businesses are $3,500, $6,500 and $12,000+ a month. Growth plans have a 3-month minimum. See full pricing.
Do you edit podcasts?
Yes, but editing is not what you pay for. Every show runs on PodcastInc.ai, which handles editing, cleanup, transcripts and clips, and a person checks every episode before it goes out. Your fee pays for strategy and growth.
Who is Podcast Inc for?
Two groups: experts, coaches, personal brands and independent shows who want to grow on YouTube and earn from their audience, and founder-led or B2B companies who want a podcast that brings in qualified leads.
Can I just use the software myself?
Yes. PodcastInc.ai has a free plan for creators who want to do it themselves. You can move to a Podcast Inc plan when you want a team.
Pricing
Is there a minimum commitment?
Creator Growth and Podcast-to-Pipeline plans have a 3-month minimum. Annual billing saves 20%.
What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes PodcastInc.ai Pro, our AI production platform, and a person who reviews every episode before it publishes.
How are qualified leads defined?
We agree the criteria with you before the engagement begins. Pipeline Launch commits to 10+ qualified leads in 3 months and Pipeline Engine to 30+.
What does the sponsorship commission cover?
On Creator Scale, we sell sponsorships for your show. We take 15–20% of the deals we close, on top of the monthly fee.
Can I start with the software only?
Yes. PodcastInc.ai has a free plan and paid plans for creators who want to do it themselves. See PodcastInc.ai pricing.
For creators
Do I need to be on camera?
Video-first shows grow fastest on YouTube, so we recommend it, and Grow and Scale include on-camera coaching. If you want to stay audio-first for now, Show Manager at $850 a month is the better starting point.
How does sponsorship sales work on Scale?
We find and close sponsors for your show. You pay the monthly fee plus a 15–20% commission on the deals we bring in.
What are fan pages?
Dedicated fan pages that drive wider visibility to your show. They cost $197 a month as an add-on and are a good fit before you are ready to spend on paid ads.
How long is the commitment?
Creator Growth plans have a 3-month minimum. Growth takes consistent publishing, and three months is the shortest period in which results are clear.
For businesses
What counts as a qualified lead?
We agree the definition with you before the engagement begins, for example job title, company size and the accounts you want to reach. Leads are counted against that definition.
What are the lead commitments?
Pipeline Launch commits to 10+ qualified leads in 3 months. Pipeline Engine commits to 30+ qualified leads in 3 months.
Do you guarantee closed deals?
No. We commit to qualified leads. Closing them is your sales team's work, and we support it with sales-enablement clips and a guest-to-meeting follow-up workflow.
What is AI-search visibility?
Making your show and your experts the source that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers cite when buyers ask about your category. It is included in Pipeline Engine.
Can you run internal or private shows?
Yes. Enterprise covers multiple shows, including internal or private ones, in more than one language.
